It’s got a foot, so it’s a mollusk. Beyond that, you’ve got me. I’m sure it’s some sculptural interpretation of a bizarre looking sea slug. It’s not like they don’t come in some strange shapes and colors with fun protrusions coming out of their asses(it’s an external gill that encircles its anus, so they’re always inhaling their own farts).
