Cafezinho: Boil water and sugar, add coffee grounds, strain and serve. Turkish coffee: Like cafezinho but not strained. Optionally add cardamom. Cowboy coffee / backpacker’s special: Cheap coarse-ground coffee, boiled and served unstrained. A little chewy but it does the job.
