I honestly have no idea why I’m on there. There are folks who I consider absolutely stand up characters on the list (one is a relatively recent account who mostly posts funny memes and pictures of her dogs) and I feel like I’m generally sound enough. It’s a really arbitrary mix and the reasoning he posted in his defence was self indulgent, panic driven nonsense.
He’s blocked whole instances, communities, users by instance, general userRegexes, entire domains and keywords like “What would (france | the french) do”.
It’s here. I checked and unfortunately you’re gonna have to up your game. :(
Edit: Though I think your whole instance is blocked by it somehow. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

What’s it mean if I’m in the regex?
It means you made the blacklist. Anyone who was using the tesseract UI would have had your stuff filtered out without them knowing.

I haven’t looked in the code itself, but I would guess it just matches your username regardless of instance.
