That’s Kings Cross station, one of the better free toilets we still have. No signal in there though, so you cant just setup shop and have a phone dump. Plus someone, usually one of the cleaners, routinely walks by tapping on all doors to get you out and its a super annoying.
Still though, for central london, 8/10 toilet easily

Oh my god as someone with bowel problems due to disability the people walking to tap the doors in public toilets are like demons to me.
