Universal, but specifically psychological/psychiatrist appointments, since they’ve been overbooked since over a decade and the situation keeps getting worse instead of better (more patients, less doctors, less budget). I have little doubt it’s being left to fail deliberately by our very right-leaning government. Private entities can help you almost immediately but you’ll pay prices out of the range of most working people.
An hour? Try three to four hours. I’d pay through the nose to only wait one hour past appointment time.
