Having lived in both, Canadian healthcare >>> American healthcare. Walking out of a hospital after they saved your life with a bill of $0 is very nice in my experience.

It’s bad enough that it’s funny again for me
Can also tilt your device/screen and get the same effect
They are often called “resource officers” and there was at least one in every public school I went to (east coast).
Or just have your eclipse glasses handy
It looks like NAND and therefore SSD pricing is trending up currently due to some supply limitations. If you want to get some large drives it might be best to try to do it soon, or be prepared for a wait/inflated pricing.
Syncthing works very well for Logseq, I use it on 4 different devices and changes only take a couple seconds to be synchronized. The app even automatically refreshes the data when a change is made so you don’t have to worry about only having one instance open at a time.
Or take your money but send you 720p anyway
Might have cut the wrong wire
Even a piece of paper works in a pinch
If this fashion is at my fingertips then I better wash my hands
I have not seen a consensus that they are not as effective, and they have definitely been great for me personally. Once you dissolve it in your mouth, it’s literally the same thing as traditional paste: same active ingredients, foaming, the lot.
Interesting report, though for me they have been just as if not more reliable than paste. Been using them for a few years exclusively and my oral health has actually improved, though that might be coincidence.
Either way, the most important benefit for me is the lack of a plastic package. I just put the tablets in my old metal tin, very efficient!
Toothpaste tablets. Pop one in mouth, chew, instant toothpaste. So nice to travel with too since they’re dry
I just enjoy putting on a hoodie, turning down the lights, and running updates manually every couple days. Makes me feel like hackerman
That’s what I do, everything local only and then remote access through Tailscale
Display, battery life, performance, supported bands, software reliability, camera quality, etc.
I know I am one of those weirdos that asks for a lot from a mobile device, but I want something that can act as a high speed hotspot for 5 devices and a desktop environment at the same time, while playing back high resolution media and charging fast. This kind of thing has always been possible with Samsung’s flagship, but now every generation it feels like yet more is removed compared to the older one. I’m still on the S21U and while I’m not very happy with it, I haven’t seen anything better, including the new Samsungs.
Maybe I should set my sights lower, but it just frustrates me because these are all things my S9+ could do in 2017.
If you can install custom software on those computers, Syncthing is completely free and no account needed
