The Enbrighten Z-Wave switches have been awesome for me for several years now. The only thing I’d recommend is that you get the UltraPro brand. I can answer Q1. The order definitely does not matter. All the drives are aware of who they are, so when you import, as long as they are all present, you’re good.
I’ve been using RecipeSage for a while now. It replaced Paprika for me. Runs easily in Docker, and it can create a recipe from a URL.
