Are there any double walled cups out there that are actually durable? Or maybe super thick glass cups that have a similar effect. I love the look of espresso in a double walled glass but with cats I’m worried they could break.

That’s a very nice looking glass. It’s funny a different colour is a different weight though. Do you have the amber one too? I’m curious how significant the difference is.

It’s like 20% thicker and 50% heavier. It’s weird. I bought the smokey and amber for gifts. Was shocked at the difference in the amber.

Oh wow, yeah that is weird. Good to know though. Looks like the amber colour is currently out of stock at Cafuné but I’ll keep an eye out for it. I might grab all three colours, I like to have a few glasses anyway and I like all three of them.

I noticed Cafuné also sells the Kruve Propel glasses. Those were the ones I originally had an eye on but thought they were too expensive. But I might consider them as well anyway, I absolutely love their design.

Yeah, that’s fair. It’s definitely a bit funky looking, but that’s part of its charm imo. I wasn’t a huge fan of it first when I saw it but I kept seeing them pop up in videos and posts online and it really grew on me. I also really like that where you hold it is double walled but where you sip from is single walled, seems to be function over form. Kind of reminds me of NEAT whiskey glasses if you’ve ever seen those. Weird design, but made specifically for the way you’d enjoy the drink. I got them for my dad for Christmas a few years back and they do make a difference over a Glencairn, and especially over a rocks glass. I’d imagine the Kruve Propel would be similar, but I don’t have any way to know that for sure, just a hunch.
