It seems to happen maybe once a month or every 2 months. Sometimes random. Is it my ISP renewing my IP? How can I check that?

It’s more than likely the ISP itself doing maintenance. I have the same issue with Comcast, but mostly becsuse I am a night owl and am usually using the internet at 3am when they do their weekly maintenance.
