Are you sure? Because that might say as much about you as about the people you know.
Still close enough to see the mushroom cloud.
Meh, Richard Feynman wrote in his biography that he saw the first mushroom cloud through a car windshield during the Manhattan project, he lived for another 40-50 years.
True, but on the other hand, the drills or impact drivers are also getting stronger and stronger, so it’s easier to mess up a screw. And then there’s the driver bits, they’re so bad these days that every new box of screws comes with a free bit.
Funny is not an objective quality. The OP can find it hilarious, while you find it unfunny. You can always post something that’s funny to you.
Yeah, and not just molecular damage.
It will be technically a bit more challenging, but I don’t think you need to use the lantern power monitor software with the device. The device seems to be built around two MCP3008 IC’s, which are basic 8 channel analog to digital converters. The values from these can be read and processed (like, sent to home assistant) using a python script on the raspberry. This is the kind of minimal programming effort someone with no experience could do using chatgpt.
Israel is also high up, currently ranking number 6. You can guess who weren’t interviewed there.
I read in some other post that some lemmy instances display the upvote/downvote ratio since the latest software update, so maybe because of that?
I don’t think it’s Giant Salvinia, looks more like a floating mat to me.
