I was wondering what happened to the Discord IPO. Discord already went to shit, I don’t know what else an IPO could do to it? More restrictions?

Prices are coming down, but they won’t come down a lot until more people buy it, but more people wont buy it unless it’s cheaper…

Only a matter of time before plant-based alternatives fully take over from meat. Meat farming is not sustainable, as you mention all the land used to farm food for animals could be used to just farm more food for us directly.

We just have to get rid of the stigma around plant-based “meat”.

That country is fucked up. You people really have to come together and demand universal healthcare, as impossible as that sounds.

What’s new and advanced about this? Hasn’t it all already existed in some form? It’s just been Apple-ified, no? It’s just a VR headset, an actual AR headset is something like HoloLens.

Beyond the tech, who is even the target audience for this? I only see it as a gimmick, one for just Apple geeks to buy. One of the reasons 3DTV’s failed is because nobody wanted to wear the glasses, so why would anyone want to strap this to their face just to do something they already do or could do on their TV/computer/phone?

You can already pretty much do everything this can with an existing VR headset in one way or another, for a lot cheaper.
It’s a bizzare product.

Yup, the design for Firefox’s logo is just a million times better than reddit’s, simplification arguments aside. FF just did a much better job.

Completely ignoring Chrome’s success is off the back of it being advertised on the world’s most popular website since it’s release, then yeah.

You should not breathe the air from sewage pipes. You’d have to be at the end of your options to do this, if there’s a fire and you can’t leave the room via the door or window, you would want to cover the door with clothes/towels whatever to slow the ingress of smoke and open/smash the window calling for help. You should be crawling around if the room is filling with smoke, keep low to the floor as that’s where the cleaner air is, the sewage pipe is not cleaner air.

It’s why a downvote system doesnt work with the masses
