Depending upon the composition and how much material gets built up, it will likely erode away fairly quickly and may pose a hazard when not visible but still just under the waves or something.

Tons of places do not have bidets. Hell, numerous places here still have squat toilets. I guess they are common in many tourist spots and stations in bigger cities. I have some occasional digestive issues and tend to know where toilets with washlets are in places I frequent.
This is totally not my experience. Maybe you have a bad bidet and/or dietary issues?
11 in my neck of Tokyo. The last few nights have dipped below freezing, however. This probably isn’t super weird for the time of year here, however. Going up to visit the inlaws for the end of the year, and it’s currently 0 up there. Last year, I think we hit -15 whilst we were there, but this year it looks like the low is going to be freezing (which is rather warm for northeastern Japan in December).
Proof? There are other (some equally creepy) ways that it could get this info. Depending upon how the DVD player is connected, it could simply be getting info from that. It could also be taking occasional screenshots. There are other things as well.

I signed up to an insurance company here in Japan with first.last+something@domain.com and they later changed their rules and I couldn’t sign in at all. They told me to open a new account. I didn’t want to pay them once let alone twice. Never doing business with them again.
If not a screenshot, you do realize that things other than phones take pictures, right? Have people forgotten that cameras exist?
Japan is YYYY-MM-DD, but when we talk about dates where a year is unneeded, we just cut it off which leaves it in the US standard format of MM-DD, much to the annoyance of non-US foreigners living here.

I thought the name sounded super familiar, but I had to look it up. My dad was into BBS and CompuServ in the '80s. He eventually got AOL, which is where I got started with NNTP. I really need to get his history on these things. I know that, when I was super young in the early '80s when they divorced, he was often spending a lot of time online. I’d really like to know more about that era as my memories are scattered and fractured.
There was an old bug up through at least XP (maybe gone by SP3, but I don’t remember) where there would be certain SSIDs or network names that incremented because of how networking was implemented. I’m doubtful it’s the same thing, but you could try searching there for a start.
My first porn was probably NNTP (newsgroups) before I even had the actual WWW. Had to learn how to stitch images together from multiple posts in the early-mid '90s.
I remember “my bad” annoyed me far more than it should have. Same with the use of ‘a minute’ to mean a long period of time (e.g. “I haven’t seen xxxx in a minute!”). Then again, I had a stepfather who would stop me mid-sentence to berate and correct my grammar so that may have had something to do with it.

I’m willing to bet a TON of medical and banking data is still making its way through perl today. (I’m not necessarily saying this is a good thing, but I have years of experience in healthcare IT).
