I don’t like the look of it either, when it gets too bad I’ll usually go through and close a bunch but I can’t for the life of me manage to close them when I’m finished with them for the time being.

I have three categories of tabs:

• web apps I want to keep open all the time for notifications that I don’t want to install (Discord, calendar, email)
• tabs I’m currently switching back and forth between or plan to soon
• tabs from the second category that I forgot to close or left open because I never got around to the task I planned to use them for

The last one is the largest by several orders of magnitude.

Yes, fanart is almost certainly copyright infringement unless the copyright holder grants a license. Many companies have an official license for non-commercial fanart and generally nobody cares about it but if someone really wanted to they could absolutely file takedown requests against all fanart of their work.

Yes, it probably won’t be completely flat after half a liter but the fizzyness will be noticeably weaker and will only get worse the more you drink, especially if you don’t get to it soon. Two liters are ok if you’re sharing them with multiple people who will finish it right away or the next day but they suck for one person unless you drink a ridiculous amount of soda.
