My answer -was- easier though. Don’t put the pizza in the oven, just eat less. :)

It’s easier to not eat them in the first place. Why eat 2000 calories a day, and then go running for 2 hours to burn 1000 calories off? That’s like filling up your tank and then doing extra work to burn them off. Just don’t put them in at all.

I’d keep them all. Either sell them, or throw them in the trash. Either way, I wouldn’t use any of them.
