For the record, you sound exactly like the type of person a furry wouldn’t ever want to befriend so worry not, bud

6·5 months agoLike the other person said, blockers on iOS don’t block in-app ads for the most part (in my experience). I do use AdGuard for what it’s worth and the only thing I’m raw dogging is my wife.
It looks like a permanent sweat stain where this guys ass and balls resided on the seat of the chair
Can’t park there mate

337·6 months agoYes, the users at WomensStuff are banking on Lemmy users reading the rules and then adhering to them because it’s a respectful thing to do.
Unfortunately, many men on Lemmy have found this too burdensome a cross to bear.

414·6 months agoSo do I? It’s very easy to view the sidebar of a community. It’s a good way to get to know them and understand what unique rules they might have.

2012·6 months agoEvery post I’ve seen has a disclaimer on it. Maybe that’s just certain posters who include the disclaimer in the post, though.
But when I say zero effort, I mean literally it takes zero effort to respect the rule once you’re aware of it.

12058·6 months agoIt’s an extremely simple request that literally requires zero work to honor. There is no downside. Keeping it open and easy to find means higher engagement for the community and greater visibility on a safe, inclusive space for women. Feels like an easy w to me.
