How to knoe if pregante??
I haven’t, yet, heard any doc like that but sounds very possible - depending the country. I get told I’m being “in danger” for using condoms.
Same. A girl I know, less than 20 years old at the time, got issues from pills so the doctor sold her an idea for IUD being easy solution. No pain meds, she passed out during the insertion - woke up to an angry doctor yeling at her for being dramatic…
Thanks! And yeah, the doctors (had to see two before getting the damn stick out!) both told me that yeah, it’s normal for it to get worse since it has been the 2 years. Not many do the full 3 years… I think most side effects are not taken seriously, no matter what the method for birth control is.
Nope, no any pain meds for IUDs here either, or for the other stuff either. But for implants, yup, local anesthesia. They’re different, implant goes in your arm.
In my country you gotta sign to get out of that! (Also, if I live so old my memory leaks, don’t know if my organs are any good.)
Lol, not sold in my country but that would be great :D
Once my memory starts to go, I want to be sat down in front of a (cooked) frozen pizza, outside if summer, and once I’m 3/4 done with the pizza, I want someone shoot me in the head from behind. (.22 is enough if not shot “straight”, nothing fancy needed.)
No funeral, just burn me and dumb the remains into the river I grew up next to. Or heck, unmarked grave in the forest is okay too, don’t know how shitty this world turns.
At least they give a local (or whatever it’s in English) for when you get the implant… I had one (3 year one) for like 2 years and 2 months. Had no issues until I hit the 2 years mark, after that started having bad, bad side-effects. And it took the 2 months to get it removed… It was hell. But it was also alright for the 2 years and it healed very fast and well. Kinda recommend it, but yeah, it won’t last the “promised” time and removal can be a hassle depending the healthcare systems.
Decided to not get anything hormonal for now, and boy is my body messed up after about 10 years of hormones… I guess it’ll get better within a year. Now I just gotta listen all the nurses and doctors panic and pressure me back into hormones, I guess they really are afraid of some latex lol. (Waiting for a vasectomy for the partner.)

If I only count the people who treated me with respect, cared for my safety and stopped when caused pain, I’d say… one.

I think fewer bands/artists are making even full length albums these days, thematic or not… At least in my country. The one big recording studio also owns the radio channels, tv channels and news sites, so they got the whole package. No point in wasting money doing an album… Singles here and there. It’s changed a lot, the whole culture.

Depends a bit on headphones too! Mine can be turned on while they’re also connected by the aux so the ANC and such can be on, or they can be used off with the aux which still does sound great, but obviously doesn’t actively cancel any noises.

Absolutely, there is an psychological factor in this too. I’m listening way more carefully and listening the whole album in one go which is good because I’m enjoying the same tunes a whole lot more. And I agree on both the dedicated players and theatres… My attention span will do it’s tricks unless I keep in a short leash.

With the MP3 player yes, there is aux. But on PC it’s the same Bluetooth earphones or soundbar. // Edited for grammar lol

I didn’t, but I am biased with how much I love my “own” collection.

Nope, neither. Actually listening much more quieter and the headset/soundbar is the same. :D

Thank you for your tips, I’ll look into these. :)

Great answer! Thank you. :)
I do know that some of the albums I like have been not even remastered, but remade when the band changed record studios, so the album has been quietly “swapped” from the crunchy original to the clean and safe new version, so yeah, I’m careful when hunting the CDs. So with some bands (/recording studios) that can be huge and tbh, gross, factor too. (I personally prefer the first few albums and ditch the bands once they learn to play with each other…)
Some autists only eat beige food. Same as some non-autists. No real connection, just a cutesy meme making autists look like children.
