I can second this as an organizational psychologist. They are almost always anonymous, the ones that aren’t are considered exceptional poor practice.

Lemmy Shitpost@lemmy.world•Capitalism isn't the problem, THIS is the problem, and I've watched it roll over us for 40 years. [3 min. video]
2·2 months agoWell yeah any economic system requires government oversight to be effective but that’s because there isn’t really a decoupling of government and economics. Our current governments around the world are primarily representative democratic nation states and they are neoliberal capitalist institutions. These are not separate, both have evolved alongside each other and we are currently seeing them crack under pressure together. There is no point in making this distinction at the macro level.

7·1 year agoYeah I agree this isn’t even a meme at all, I get Lemmy is a very political group of people but it’s honestly absurd how people post things everywhere without consideration of the theme
Lemmy is less popular and therefore more niche, meaning you’ll get smaller communities with stronger opinions, and therefore way more political extremism
Also grit is an over hyped and under delivered construct of human cognition that really is only spoken of seriously nowadays by people trying to sell you something

You’re really a condescending prick you know that? You talk to people in person like this?
