I disagree. Time actually stopped around early 2010’s. Seasons change and shit, but stuff isn’t changing no more.

Alkaline batteries can be safely disposed in household garbage.
wouldn’t plutonium production be a more viable use of the reactor’s transmutation capabilities?
I think intestineal issues are the first symptom of your DNA being so fucked you can’t produce new cells. The cells in your guts needs constant replenishment and things go bad quick down there without new cells.
I remember my latest pants pooping. I was around 5yo so I already knew how the business works. I was playing around outside and I knew I had to go poo for a while already. At the last moment I started running inside, but to my absolute horror someone had locked the front door. I ding donged the bell like 50 times, but it was already too late by the time my mom opened the door.
Patience mostly I think. At least with rodent they smell a trail and then just sit there for hours and hours until one walks near enough.
The gossip / memes is more significant for the business than you might think. It’s information sharing between teams and corporate levels that’s very hard to achieve by some predefined weekly sync meetings, townhalls etc.
Well I think I’m on the right career path, but maybe not with the right employer. I’m also trying to finish my degree and move more into designing new systems rather than fixing problems in existing ones.
I develop billing systems. If you’ve received a bill from e.g. your ISP, I might have been a part of making that system work. I get paid about the same as a doctor, but I spend about 85% of my work time gossiping / posting memes with my coworkers and watching youtube. I’d say I’m OK at my job, on many occasions I’m probably the first person in the world to solve (but also encounter) that particular problem.
I was a gifted child, but I ended up in this job because I’m lazy and a procrastinator. Never finished college, stopped caring when I started getting paid.
Do people like jobs? Today I was thinking that being a blacksmith could be cool. But I guess I was born to deploy k8s clusters.
Yeah data got unlimited here before texts, which caused people to move on to other things. Now texts are usually unlimited, but that train has already sailed.
Can you for example send a video, encrypted and to your computer via SMS? I don’t know how much tech they’ve built over the protocol over in the US, but in many parts of the world SMS was charged per message in your phone bill and things like photos or video cost more to send. People abandoned SMS quickly when 3rd party IP messaging apps like whatsapp came out.
I thought the bit in the north was a part of another country?
The $40 watch is probably better at telling time because there’s a crystal oscillating there exactly 32768 times a second, instead of some gears and springs and shit that are roughly tuned to 10 Hz by a guy with a screwdriver.
Torx is the only screw I buy when I buy screws. All the phillipses and other shit screws I have were included with some other shit I bought.
I’ve heard people in the US still use SMS to communicate with eachother. Fucking crazy.
What’s the point if it’s not nuclear and doesn’t have any SLBMs?
Don’t need the Google Files for that. I can use the terminal to rename a file.

I still use my external soundblaster to connect to my 5.1 amp. I have HDMI to my TV and then toslink to my amp, but it was inconvenient having to have the TV on for listening music.
