How’s your filament feed at that height, anything getting kinked or stopped? Does it feed in from a different direction? ie from low Benchtop?
Looks like your extruder can grip but not enough/ well enough for the speed. So either it’s too fast or your feed is too slow. Or the temp is too low.
Have you got constant layer height set or variable? The latter could cause it too.
When do you do the choosing? Try move that left in the process. Saving storage.
7.5g is a fairly week cup. An espresso is typically around double that.

Heating up around here so I’m onto to cold brew. Basically a fine mesh strainer cup in a jar that I let sit overnight. 40 grams lasts 2 days.
Give it a good shake when I make it. Roughly 18 hours steep then it’s good to go the next day, nice and cold out of the fridge.
If I’m fasting I have it with just an ice block, but if I’m not ill have it with oat milk in a tall glass, maybe 80 coffee, 20 oat milk. good shit!
Give to a friend / colleague, then make a pen holders, etc.
Then, up your prep/calibration time to reduce wastage.

Got an aliexoress one, carbon one side, texture the other. PETG doesn’t work on the carbon side, but for textured side I love it.
