I’ve heard the term used reffering the fetish about 3000x more than I’ve heard it used referring to a disability
Fair. “Far better than I was expecting for $30, but with limitations.” Can’t really scan anything less than about 4", but you can scan an entire room or car which is neat. My face came out really good.
I bought an old Xbox 360 Kinect and got surprising results out of it using Skanect
The Z value for G01 would be your layer height
I gotcha. Sounds like as long as you connect USB only when the printer is powered on then you shouldn’t have issues
I’ve never heard of that issue before. I have a 2020 year Ender 3 and we have a half dozen at work also around the same age and have run all of them through USB with no problem
Ignore all the stuff that says Klipper. Install the program called pronterface and then hook up your printer to your computer with USB. You can then run the commands the guide tells you.
You should really figure out how to calibrate the esteps if you never have before, it’ll save you a headache. This tutorial is a good visual: https://youtu.be/6PL_rSPZ3M8
Buy a new printer and cremate the old one, preferably with an exorcist supervising
Wow what a major oversight on the company’s part. How is it possible that every single one of the dozens of people who put this product to market all coincidentally don’t have windowsills? Like they must have had to go out of their way to find a house that would work for the box art.
Your model is elegant and brilliant. Awesome!
You might have lost the lottery. I’ve printed 5 spools of parts with my work’s Ender 3 Pro without having to adjust the bed level after I first set it, and that doesn’t even have auto leveling.
Make sure your bed is clean, and make sure your gantry and frame is square when you assembled it. It might also be your type of filament or Z offset
I think if you have a project saved, you can open it up and it’ll prompt you to override the current settings. From there you can save them and backup
The last panel should have an and, not an or
