Theyrealmost all just their faces.

If your plug is not plugged in completely flush with the wall power point so a penny (or etc) can fit between the plug and powerpoint and yet the power can get through, then there is something very wrong.
I guess it isn’t. I can get there by interwebs, but not by app.
“Nothing to see here” Darn.
To be fair, you are posting it at an odd end of the year on a worldwide forum with a lot of yanks in it. Unless bagels take more months to expire than I expected, I guess.
Plus, people like to play, and content to play with is pretty scant on lemmy.
Australian checking in with “I had never been told that”. I just figured it was geographical like our “mid north coast” but evidently not.
Yeah, weird isn’t it?
Yeah, very odd assumption that one.
If you get really stuck, you can likely add those other volunteers here and they can help you.
Seems to work with the “in bed” tradition I guess.
Our tradition is to declare a big question before we open a fortune. One that cannot be simply answered with a yes/no answer, like “What will I wish for when I am on holiday next week?” or “When will I meet these friends next?” or even a business question. The fortune then gets some context.
keys or levers, attached to a set of capos. Not locks.
Nah, would make it look even larger, which would be good!
Tall as he is, the musician does look almost as if he has to stand on a platform to play. And that twist in his back doesn’t look sustainable.
And yet only three strings…
Seems strange they didn’t make the key levers more ergonomic.
Not a yank, but according to my research historically some states (and even some cities) had dissimilar voltages, amperages, and plugs, and even a choice of alternating vs nonalternating current. Sort of like how the poms have 100V instead of our 240V but with only a few kilometres of distance involved, dependant on power company.
What’s a Pirates favourite letter of the alphabet?
Type it into a translator, it’s just latin.
On the forehead.
Never really understood the insistence of putting it behind the ears…
Looks like a wallhook to me.
Mate, your money does still seem monochromatic to modern eyes. I use it when I visit, and the other notes don’t have that rainbow on them. I admit I am rarely exchanging more than fifty US at a time . I’m comparing those that I use to modern notes.
And security features? The shops there still accept cheques. I was surprised the economy still functioned when I found that out.
Aussie checking in, similar situation. I remember there used to be one at the hungry jacks facing the customers, and it always had puddles of liquid on the ground. Perhaps that’s why it was discontinued.
They’re not on the American Style Burger places any more, but Ikea in Sydney has customer-controlled fizzy drink fountains.
