This was it!
Play next episode was unchecked. But the weird thing is, it was counting down to the next episode and after the countdown it never returned to the homescreen but instead it stayed on the series splashscreen.
Fixed now though, thanks!!

Where can i find this setting?
Do more people have the problem Jellyfin doesn’t continue to play if you choose shuffle? The countdown to the next episode shows but when it reaches 0 nothing happens.
One of the comments on the video is on point. I miss that era of the internet. It seemed so much more innocent, peaceful and heartwarming than it is now. 😞
That’s the only downside of Connect currently. Development is pretty slow. App is mostly working fine but it has a few small annoying bugs.
Yeah, that’s it! You show that turd who’s boss.
No, sorry :(
As tea@lemmy.today said, make sure www.lemmy.world is online. If you cant visit www.lemmy.world then the tool won’t work either.
Did you download the zip for MacOS? Exe is only for Windows I believe?
And I don’t know if you are supposed to bypass security. I only have very limited Mac experience.
Oh that’s a pity. Switched from lemmy.world to feddit.nl flawlessly today. Using Windows though.
IF you want to switch to an alternative instance use the tool Lasim to synchronize your accounts: synchronize subscriptions, settings and/or blocks. Tool is available for Windows, Linux and MacOs.
I kinda hoped it was fixed with this release:
This version fixes the problem of comment context not loading properly.
Look very nice but I miss some simple features but necessary features for me:
I usually have a random episode playing on my phone so I can fall asleep since I have a mild form of tinnitus.
