I believe that’s in reference to a clip of a streamer saying that repeatedly. It’s not supposed to make sense I think.

Low T won’t save you as Hegseth wants to inject soldiers with T. Being trans also won’t save you as they will happily change their tune on the trans military ban during a draft as an excuse to throw trans women into the meat grinder.
