  • Thats fair, there might be a better solution though if thats a reliable enough problem. At least you’d feel more secure you wouldnt oversleep.

For me routine seems to do it, I wake up the same time anyways, but if I miss too much sleep I have overslept before out of exhaustion.

But if that didnt work, theres got to be a loud enough alarm thats hard enough to disable to guarantee I wake up. At least wake up long enough to realize how exhausted you are and maybe call off work or something.

My sister had an ultra loud alarm when she was a kid but she slept through that too. I think you can get an alarm that vibrates or use your phone with a puzzle lock or something.

Sleep is important, its a worthwhile thing to do well.

  • That part about being afraid youll oversleep is also anxiety.

Anxiety prevents sleep, general advice is to have a routine that calms you down.

My thing is just somehow convincing myself theres nothing to be anxious about. It really helps though if you can handle whatever might happen as a result.

Last time I couldn’t sleep like that it was because I had sentencing in the morning and I didnt think I could handle prison. Luckily I didnt have to go.

  • If you are pretty hungry thats all doable for sure! For like an average size meal I’d do one crunchwrap or three tacos.

They let you add on pretty much whatever too so I just pick the cheapest tacos and burritos and make them supreme myself. I get a bean and rice burrito, fresco (replaces dairy and meat with pico de gallo), add fries/potatoes inside, add jalapeños, and lettuce. Comes up to like 3.50 or 4.00 for it.

All the other fast food places prices around me make taco bell look like a fantastic deal, I’ll say that.

  • Cats in the wild won’t hunt anything too large, but they do like chunky animals that have as much meat as they can hunt. Rabbits are one of the biggest animals they hunt. In areas that have rabbits, its usually their main source of food. Any small game that size or smaller is a target though, including birds.

Duck, Turkey, cow, pig, deer, and bison all are not on the table for a cat to hunt. Cats will only scavenge if they are starving and otherwise will prefer to hunt for their food.

Your vague belief that it might be possible a cat stumbles upon a bison that just has died of natural causes does not make standard cat food natural or inline with the cats personal choices.
