3·2 years agoI believe SLA parts also require drain holes for the resin on the inside of the part to drain out through?
I think you can already with web assembly?

251·2 years agoDammit, I came here to make that comment!
This posts entire comment chain is an interesting example of people that have extensive knowledge in completely different areas of programming to me. And have some concepts I had never heard/thought of.
What happens if you replace “www” in the URL with “old”?
They might not have the block there

3DPrinting@lemmy.world•Chonky nozzel + decent amount of material = opportunity for lots of spaghettiEnglish
5·2 years agoDo a test print on something smaller (and cheaper!), if it’s a z issue it should occur based on height right? So print something relatively tall and thin.
No weird properties/looks on the stuff that did print?
(Relative noob myself here)

26·2 years agoThat kind of jigsaw can be much more interesting than normal ones, you discover the image (with clues).
Wasgij do something similar, where the box art shows the reaction to the actual jigsaw image.

Mildly Infuriating@lemmy.world•My daughter lost her social studies essay because LibreOffice doesn't have autosave on automatically.English
5·2 years agoyeh, those are solutions, I was just explaining how its not automatically better.
Latex documents in git are the best option technically, but good luck getting the average person (or me!) to do that.

Mildly Infuriating@lemmy.world•My daughter lost her social studies essay because LibreOffice doesn't have autosave on automatically.English
101·2 years agoI dislike autosaves in word processors/spreadsheets etc and turn them off whenever I can. I prefer to have that control, I have had issues where I have deleted things to rewrite/update them, decide against it and close the app only to find it’s overwritten what I had done…
If I don’t give it any permissions, does it actually do anything though? They only run when the app is open I assume?
