Heya, this was a bug, Fermi had used the local FS API for storing custom sound effects, though it was not used. This has been fixed in the most recent version. (chromium/webkit do not ask for permission to use the isolated FS API but firefox for some reason does, not 100% sure why it does)
They are all, but I can make a special registration URL that we will eventually make an official process for getting, please DM me if you want one.
