Ya theres a very specific lingo. If she’s in environmental science I’d do all the water testing or whatever for chemicals, microbes. whenever they send stuff off to “the lab”, thats me!

lol, I guess its versatile. Red cells lyse fairly easily, if you just let them sit in water they’ll burst due to osmotic pressure (thats why we give people saline/salt water), this is just a really effective method of quickly bursting them I guess. The analyzers are pretty cool, when the dr orders a CBC/complete blood count its one instrument that measures hemoglobin, red cell indeces (red cell size, hemoglobin content, volume), platelets and a breakdown of your different white cell populations all within a few minutes. Blood is pretty cool, I’m not a vampire.
I’ve actually come across this one in hematology, its used as a reagent in some analyzers to lyse red cells to release hemoglobin for direct measurement. source: I’m a lab tech.

although you’re flying between planets they are reasonably-sized its not at all overwhelming. I’d dedicate a few runs to exploring each world then once you think you’ve figured it out move on to the next one. Each session is around 10-12 minutes (I forget) and some areas are open early and close later or are closed off early then open up later so keep that in mind. Other than that basically the entire game is open to you right off the bat, its all about exploring. And the payoff is incredible! each planet is just so interesting! honestly its just a really well put-together game.
I wish I could play it for the first time again its very well made. I 100%'d it just because its so satisfying to play! Have fun and don’t look up spoilers or guides until you really get stuck!
I 100% agree, I’ve adblocked all my devices and refuse to be advertised to in general. I only commented this because I’m at my parent’s house watching cable with them and those are the only ads I’m ever exposed to.
Theres a difference between goofy and actually funny/smart. The goof stuff is just cringe and offputting.
I miss funny ads. Everything is so sanitized and boring, bring the humour back! If you want my attention or business get creative! make me remember!
Theres a janitor at my work that sits in the break room all day blasting right wing tick tocks while people are on coffee break, its insanely annoying.
