yep 100% to answer all your questions, it’s true, you are dust

What is the solution or plan to address that there is no content? I don’t see much here so I go between this and Kbin and still reddit. This community is 99% less toxic than reddit and they are heading in a bad direction in the last years/s. But I want a viable alternative. Lots of content here is reposted over and over in different communities so the % of original content is very low if you consider that.
cool thats not a question
Why do you keep using Reddit terms and phrases (like AMA)? Make your platform distinct from Reddit otherwise you’re just a branch or copy-cat of that and it will fail…
Another thing that’s great about aussie tax… you can fill it out yourself, it’s very easy, all online, and it takes a very short time. They also explain every question in the form and have lots of materials that you can read. For me, I finish it each year in about 10 minutes, and never think about it again.
Also Kbin is a terrible name too. They really don’t understand branding and accessibility in these new “grass-roots” apps.
If they want people to use Mastodon, then make it user-friendly and easy for the general public. I downloaded it, tried it, and was lost/confused on the whole server/instance thing and finding communities etc. Whereas Threads is pretty straight forward, it’s just a Twitter clone. User experience is more important than privacy to the general public and developers need to realise you can’t compromise user experience/ease of use/accessibility.
Nope, it’s from Reddit originally lol
