I see. Not the agitator that is still spreading misinformation but the one with the fraudulent academy who is also spreading misinformation, owes the state of New York half a billion dollars for fraud and is apparently selling NFTs, golden sneakers, bibles and possibly state secrets - that one is running for president. Got it.

I know. But since then it has only become more ridiculous.

Edit: I can’t tell the difference between Alex Jones and Donald Trump. The only difference I can see is that one still is somewhat in business and one is your candidate for the next presidential election. And to me it seems like they are both in the same business.

  • This argument is dangerous and in fact generalizes in an anti-Semitic way. The horrible actions of the state of Israel are not in any way representative of Judaism. How would you like it if I quoted biblical passages to portray you as a fascist conservative US ultrachrist? Your reference to the Throa does nothing more than that: equate a religious group with the actions of a state. Please think before you post on social media.

  • I think the message of this post is pretty clear: it refers to the simple fact that legitimate criticism of the actions of the state of Israel is quite often and often quite deliberately dismissed as anti-Semitism. That is ridiculous. There is nothing anti-Semitic about criticizing a state for its criminal actions. What is even more ridiculous is the attempt to even try and silence Jews who criticize the state of Israel with crude concepts such as Jewish self-hatred. This is not about religion, but about the rejection of crimes against humanity, for which not a religious community but a sovereign state is responsible.

Me too. I just don’t understand why so many people think that these “ok boomer / millennials, gen x,y,z does this and that” things don’t work on the same principle tho. I think it’s just as stupidly stereotypical…and I’m not even a boomer.

  • Yes, that’s the thing. I find it terribly frustrating that the same old playbook still works with all its pamphlet-like explanations, its false accusations and its pretended messiah logic: “It’s the foreigners’ fault that you can’t find job; a strong leader will stand up for you and save us all if you just follow him unconditionally” and so on and so forth. It simply boggles my mind how people can still believe that - in Germany, with its terrible Nazi past, just as much as in America, where an obviously criminal billionaire pretends to care about those left behind and dissatisfied. It’s almost as if people want to be exploited and instrumentalized against their own interests. I don’t get it.

That unfunny, creatively bankrupt, so-called “AI” bullshit is just sad, man.

Sorry, mate, just had to take that opportunity. But seriously: You are of course absolutely right. I won’t post any more AI-generated Pics to this community/magazine/whatever. I just thought since there are so many reposts from other plattforms I’ll try something new that is somewhat OC to Lemmy and that I have the time for. So, sorry about the AI stuff. I just wanted to contribute something with very limited time. Won’t do it again in this community.
