      It can cause out of body experiences, but it’s not super common. It’s hard to describe, but I always called it a heightened state of stupid.

      Imagine your brain watching your body do things, but only having like 25 percent input. It’s actually pretty fun and helps with depression.

      While that can happen, it’s not super common. I did it over 100 times, and it only happened to me once.
