      Not sure, it’s possible though. The Oracle of Delphi or the Pythia were a sort of order of priestesses to Apollo who were supposed to have gotten high off of some sort of gases or fumes and spent their days reading signs from various divination sources (entrails and colored beans and likely others). I 'm not sure that they specifically did anything like that, but I wouldn’t doubt that there was some sort of fertility cults that might be into that as a way of ensuring good harvests or whatever.
