    Not really helpful advice for people who work rotating shifts over a 24 hour roster tho is that

    I remember work were doing some “wellness” bs once and said we should all try to get better sleep on a regular schedule… like how is that gonna work when I’m working night shift then day shift 2 days later?

    Imma stick to my 16 different alarms set within 1-5 minutes of each other in the 30 minutes around the time I need to be awake
