Further more, van lifestyle is all about compromises, make due with the space you have, avoiding clattery.

For me there is two types of van living. One you live out of it, two you weekend out of it. This is a weekend van. Not for living out of.
He appears to live in a house. The description says “Follow me as I convert and modify vans on my driveway” and the build vids show him working in a driveway in a residential area.

100% agree - weekend vans don’t need the robust power setup that full-timers require (a decent power station from gearscouts.com will do for weekends but full-time needs way more capactiy).
