lemmy.world has blocked it. It appears to have also blocked !piracy@lemmy.ml.
If this is a problem for you, I’d suggest migrating accounts using LASIM to an instance that doesn’t block it (such as lemm.ee).

I don’t blame them—it’s expensive to go through a legal battle and it’s best to avoid getting the attention of money-hungry legal teams.
You can definitely find some gray-area links on that community and it’s a liability.
