Its the core mechanism of Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) where the offer is usually an open invitation to anyone who accepts the conditions. But the same mechanism could be employed but only granting rights to a specific person.
Who would sign the contract though?
Present it in verse, then the singer signer can sing to sign.
