Well, as I said before, we’re already derelict in our duty to the Constitution, as all we need to do is lawfully depose the current government structure, and rebuild it exactly as the Constitution describes, only without Roman Catholicism, which is the system that actually governed this current iteration of constitutional interpretation.
It’s not an amendment, from what I understand of it. It’s a section in the Constitution that allows for the people to overthrow a government when it becomes too corrupt. I don’t know which section that’s in.
