Interesting, didn’t know Element started working on a new app made from scratch.
It’s cool Schildichat is already on it, but I lowkey hope this new fork won’t be as needed, you’d think Element would make this client actually good when they get the chance to start from zeroIt’s very early to judge about it. Element-x is feels like whatsapp/signal/qksms or any other messenger. Every day they put another brick on top of it. So far, schildichat only applies very minor tweaks but I assume as time passes by this might change. We’ll see
Ah, so they’re still going through the WhatsApp/Discord identity crisis? Man, I hope they decide for the latter once and for all :/
