Yup, definitely server side problem as I see it on sync

just bought RT-AX53U, installed openwrt on it and want to make my devices prefer 5GHz until the signal strength is absolutely atrocious, so a few questions:

• is DAWN a tool that can achieve it?
• should i disable 802.11r? seems like those are separate technologies with similar goals?
• maybe it’s a stupid question but DAWN documentation seems to be vague about this, do connection need HIGHER or lower score to be prioritised? anyway, i gave a ridiculously high initial_score for 802_11a and in hearing map i see my phone preferring 2.4GHz with score 80 and 5.GHZ has score of 0

Looks like they’re removing the toggle making it always enabled, probably because nobody used the phone mic while connected via Bluetooth

It can be kinda annoying but it’s not that cumbersome, imagine writing an alternative text for each image you post, now imagine it’s considered a good practice in the professional internet and near requirement when posting on mastodon, but yeah, being able to set a default language for posts and comments would be nice

also it would be nice if people would respect those settings while commenting and posting, not once I’ve seen English comment without language set and non English comments tagged as English

Yeah, as far as I know it’s not some browser chauvinism, but Firefox not supporting some multimedia protocols, that doesn’t mean it’s Firefox fault though, I’d install some chrome fork just for this kind of interactions

Yeah I kinda noticed this privacy/FOSS thing here, people commenting about software in question being proprietary or has cloud backup for example I have to double check what community I’m at, and 90% times it’s not privacy or FOSS related, I was downvoted multiple times for making a mistake of mentioning proprietary software
