People see people being murdered 30x more often by people than by bears per capita. Ignoring per capita, and it’s 23,000x more than bears. It makes plenty of sense to fear humans more than bears based on that alone. Fear is not going to go “oh but actually statistically speaking in order to be afraid I really should do a scientific study to see who in a “alone in the woods at night” scenario is more likely to kill me before I am afraid!” It’s gonna go with the fact that you see and experience humans killing other humans a LOT more than you experience bears killing humans. Also, I’ve conveniently ignored plenty of stats other than literal homicide you have to worry about from men.

1.2 deaths by black bears a year in the US. 400,000 black bears. So 3.0x10^-6 chance of being murdered by a bear adjusted per capita.
26,000 homicides a year (2021, I think it’s slightly lower now but these were the first I saw whatever) for 330M puts you at 7.9x10^-5 chance of being murdered by a human adjusted per capita.
Sorry, bears win. Plus seeing a bear is cool as hell and seeing another human while hiking is annoying at best.

So by techniques I mean you can’t durectly edit where the vertices are, but voxels are still in a grid and will stretch/compress surrounding voxels in order to still be connected to the ones adjacent. So you can shrink one, copy and paste it next to another to pull that voxel into pyramid basically, or make lots of weird shit happen.

Does it have a way to quickly and effectively handle fraud? And don’t tell me “there’s no way to commit fraud” because people can steal wallet passwords no fucking problem. With most banks they will actively track fraud, cancel those transactions, and restore your funds and possibly shut down the card automatically while still allowing the account to exist so you can access your money. Is that the case with blockchain?

What? Again, the images are real. They just take 50 shots and use the best frame and thus movement can happen in between. They’re not using AI to make it into what they think the image should be. They’re just stitching together a bunch of frames taken from basically the same time (1-2 seconds) into one picture.
What? All of the photo is real. It’s just taken like 50 frames over a second or two and chosen the best. Since it sees 3 “people” it chooses the best for each “person” which leads to those 3 not being from the exact same, but still close enough.
I can’t imagine very many photos in evidence being like “well we can see you were holding the knife , actively stabbing toward them and also that they were stabbed to death by the knife, but I mean who knows WHAT could’ve happened in the one second the phone took the picture it stitched together to create this.”
