This is a mobile city that I created and yes, was inspired by mortal engines. The concept is that Arachnis has invaded earth and imagine the Matrix, but with alien spiders and Swarm Nodes everywhere. The last of the humans reside in Quadrant 3 and are trying to overtake her scourge and reclaim what they can.
People have also mentioned it reminds them of something from WarHammer 40k.

Certain building techniques are frowned upon if they put too much stress on pieces and may risk bending, deforming, damaging, or breaking them. The Lego Group has a set of internal rules for what they will never use in official sets and instructions, though it really doesn’t matter what you do with your own bricks at home.

Definitely quite true I just use a lot of bar and clip methods, minor bending, but nothing too severe. The Eviscerator Chariot has a few more illegal techniques on it. https://imgur.com/a/o4VFvt5 Exactly, it’s my LEGO and I can do whatever I want. :P
There maybe a tad used in this. Lots of part 32828 were used due to it’s versatility. Would you like to see a teardown video of the build?
