I like espressos (especially mochas) but they take a bit of work to prepare a single cup. With drip brew, I can do very little and get unhealthy amounts of caffeination into my corpse. Also, I pour ungodly amounts of creamer into my coffee. That Mason jar is quite literally half coffee half creamer.
I guess the creamer would cover up the taste of burnt plastic. I’m not hugely snobby over coffee, but I will just opt for nothing instead of plastic machines.
My snobbiest opinion is that adding a bunch of shit means the coffee sucks or the person just can’t admit they don’t like coffee.
Tbf, I don’t care that anyone does these things. You do you. I’d just rather have a glass of water or nothing.
